2. The services will be available for a duration of up to three months and are limited to a maximum of two individuals per company.
3. A loan may be granted for a period of up to three months, subject to the successful completion of the due diligence process.
4. Experienced R&D resources will be made available at no additional commission fees, with charges limited solely to their agreed-upon salary costs (cost + '0').
5. All the legal and financial engagements with the assigned resources will be conducted exclusively through our legal entities in Israel or in the EU.
